Delivery
We use Royal Mail to generally send out your ordered items, however if a larger order is placed we will use a courier such as FedEx or Hermes.
All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of payment, however we do aim to dispatch an item the following day.Deliveries should arrive within 3 working days of shipment but please allow up to 10 working days.
If you require quicker delivery we can always arrange this, but there may be a small additional charge for shipment. Please contact us on info@attitudebaby.com before ordering.
Returns
As all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. If there is a defect or an issue with the item we would like to hear from you to make sure this does not happen again. We aim to satisfy all our customers, with our quality checks before dispatch.
